The example case is to establish a company in Japan and start the management as the representative.

• (1) Preparing the Establishment

The representative must reside in Japan.

It is possible to change to Business Manager VISA, if you have another valid status of residence.

When establishing a new company, it is necessary to finance more than 30 million yen as a capital.

In the case of the remittance from the foreign countries, the remittance ceiling may be set.

• (2) Office

Facilities to use as an office to manage the business must be secured.

It is necessary to employ at least one full-time employee, such as a Japanese national.

The representative must have at least 3 years of management experience.

The feasibility of the business plan must be verified by an expert.
